Within the beautiful and affluent county of Bucks, there is a large contingent of families living at or below the poverty level. The number of those in need is growing due to the current economic crisis, and sadly, many families who were once financially secure are struggling now.

The Church of Saint Andrew has founded the StART ministry in response to the needs of at risk individuals and families in our immediate area.
